Divisions: Brown Bears and Grizzly Bears focus on skill development.
Brown Bears - Ages 7-9 Wednesdays 3 to 4:20, starting 8/28 *The last day of practice is a full scrimmage followed by a small cookout celebration/tail gate party
Grizzly Bears - Ages 10-12 Wednesdays 4:30 to 5:50, starting 8/28 *The last day of practice is a full scrimmage followed by a small cookout celebration/tail gate party
Chicago Bears - Boys ages 13+ Thursdays, 4:30 to 5:50 pm, starting 8/29 *The last day of practice is a full scrimmage followed by a small celebration

Equipment:
Not much is needed for flag football which makes it an easy sport to join!
Mouthguards are an absolute must. Players will not be allowed to participate without them.
Bring to each practice:
• Water bottle marked with name
• Mouthguard
• Team shirt (provided first day of practice)
Wear:
• Athletic shoes. Optional cleats must be RUBBER and NOT steel.
• Comfortable clothes with shirt tucked in. Clothes may get dirty and grass stained.
Uniforms:
Team shirts will be provided the first day of practice and are included with the cost of registration.
