HRK Eagles is a competitive home school sports program based in Lake County, Illinois. We offer basketball, volleyball, track, cross country, and flag football. Our programs are for Junior High and High School aged athletes.
We are a Christian program that is committed to glorifying God. It is the participants’ responsibility to diligently honor and follow the below guidelines to maximize his or her participation in Home Run Kids, Inc. Each participant needs to:

Be committed to team goals. Personal performance is not the only focus, but rather team goals and team unity.
Give the coach undivided attention during practices and games. Each athlete is expected to be attentive and respect the coach as his/her superior. The quality of athletic experience and success depends on a good working relationship between team members and coaches.
If a problem between coach and athlete arises, both have the responsibility to work out a solution through good honest and charitable communication.
Maintain top physical condition by eating properly, getting sufficient rest, and observing other good health and fitness habits. It is essential to abstain from the use of tobacco products, alcohol, and illegal drugs. These will not be tolerated, and any violation will result in expulsion.
Do additional work outs designated by coaches or trainers at home during the season.
